REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Proposals must be Emailed to Justin Williams at jwilliams@stepforwardtoday.org. The deadline for submission is October 20th, 2024.
Proposals must be submitted in the legal name of the organization. Step Forward will only contract with the legal entity named in the proposal. Proposals received after the noon cut-off time will not be considered, and will be returned or destroyed.
Step Forward is the state designated anti-poverty agency for Cuyahoga County and operates one of the largest Head Start programs in Ohio.
