Step Forward, formerly the Council for Economic Opportunities in Greater Cleveland, is proud to share its 2019-2020 report to the community.
It was a year of transformation and celebration. The agency celebrated 55 years of service to the Greater Cleveland community and underwent a rebrand to shift the focus to the future.
