Responsibilities: Assist with calls from and to customers; Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand; Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email; Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

LEAD RECEPTIONIST - STORYPOINT - CLEVELAND

Full-time. $18.00 per hour. Location: 17000 Van Aken Blvd, Shaker Heights 44120. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Responsibilities: Answer all telephone calls and properly transfer calls to the appropriate department; Daily resident check-in; Answer routine telephone inquiries; Greet all residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner; Provide a 1440 experience to our senior residents! Qualifications: High School diploma: or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
